This is political cartoon, illustrating Sarah Huckabee Sanders, wholly unprepared for an incoming blue wave. She even still has our stolen taxpayer dollars in hand. The symbol on the bag is red and blue, signifying her betrayal to both parties, and how she stole from everyone in Arkansas. The accompanying phrase reads: "Think fast Hucklenuts" This is a repurposing of the kitch phrase from pop meme culture, "think fast chucklenuts," which is usually accompanied by the 'scout' character model from Team Fortress 2 chucking a flash grenade at the viewer. I find the blue wave pictured, along with the language used, exhibits a similar effect for a less general audience.
